The Westrandweg is the new connection between the A5 and the A10. As its name suggests this highway must relieve the traffic flow on the crossing Badhoevedorp. The startnotitie is a first report to be published in a procedure to reach a definite decision for this new road.

GBE decides to embark on a new course within the conditions set by Rijkswaterstaat. Instead of layering more photos on top of each other, we use close-up photography. We do not want any grass, cows or cars on the pictures. It is about asphalt and a new road. So we only show asphalt and a new road. The result is a clean and clear report that suits Rijkswaterstaat very well.

The Coentunnel is known for its traffic jams. It has already been decided to build a second tunnel. The OTB (Concept Construction Proposal) informs all the habitants within a certain radius of the tunnel about the consequences. All habitants and local information centers must receive a paper.

We have chosen to use ring binders. There are three different binders needed; OTB, Maps and Appendix. A ring binder is easier to read, can stand up on its own and will not damage as easily. The habitants received a bound issue. The design is the same as for the Westrandweg. Rijkswaterstaat is very pleased with it.

The MER (Environmental Effect Report) will inform habitants about the consequences of the new Zuidas in Amsterdam. The deadline of this report is only a few weeks from now.

The pictures show the construction sites and trail to be of the Zuidas. Because time is of importance and the number of copies is limited we have the report printed digitally.
